I have been seemingly everywhere this past month.
Which I will use as a haphazard excuse for me not posting more.
Some things that I wanted to let you guys in on. I had a chance to talk to my good friend and cousin Geoff (such a good guy he pulls 2 titles) tonight which was a nice conversation about improving for the better. Having a more optimistic look at the world and doing the impossible.
The impossible is something that you never thought you’d be able to accomplish. It’s all those little things in life that you never thought you’d have enough time for or you always though “maybe someday…” so I’m telling you guys right now. I’m going to be doing the impossible. I know I’m not the type of person that has a “comfort zone” so I’m pretty much up for anything. But this is the year that I want to do things that push other people out of THEIR comfort zone and be along for the ride.
Included in the short list so far is taking a trip out to play a PGA TOUR golf course, possibly climbing a volcano, and finally getting a chance to skate down the Rideau canal in Ottawa.
I hope you also find yourself with goals both small and large. Perhaps it’s running a 5k, maybe it’s a marathon, or maybe it’s just getting out and walking around the block a few times. No matter what it is, just know that you’ll always have a friend in me to lean on.
Here’s to breaking barriers in 2012, I’ll do my part, I can’t wait to see yours.
